• Communication data (messages exchanged via email, WhatsApp Business, or LinkedIn);
• Project-related information (for collaborations, marketing, or research purposes).

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial, or biometric information.

We process personal data only for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Responding to enquiries and providing consultancy services;
• Managing collaborations, marketing projects, or research activities;
• Maintaining communication with clients, partners, and media contacts;
• Complying with legal and accounting obligations.

All processing is conducted in line with the UK GDPR and Data Use and Accuracy Act (DUAA).

4. Data Accuracy and Retention

We ensure that all personal data is accurate, relevant, and up to date. Data is reviewed and deleted when it is no longer needed, typically within:

• 12 months after the end of a project or partnership;
• 6 months of inactivity for marketing or contact records;
• 6 years for financial or contractual data (as required by HMRC).

You can request correction or deletion of your data at any time.

5. How We Communicate

• Email (Proton Mail) – for business correspondence and project materials;
• LinkedIn messages – for professional networking and collaboration;
• Instagram (@eqnxsports) – for public communication, brand updates, and client engagement;
• WhatsApp Business – for coordination and updates (no sensitive data shared).

Direct messages (DMs) received via Instagram are treated as general enquiries and are not used for data profiling or stored outside the platform.

We never share chat content or client data with third parties.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request correction or deletion; object to processing or request restriction; and withdraw consent at any time.

All digital data is stored on encrypted platforms (Proton Mail, Proton Drive, Notion). We limit access to authorised personnel only.
